V1.1.1 & V1.2.1 Hotfix! - Mobile & Win Version, Game Scaling, Lag Reduced, Etc.

🐛Bug Fixes!

• Text & Images now only draw when needed for visible screen (Greatly reduces lag for all versions)
• The game window now scales with your browser window up to 1080p
