過去プランへの加入禁止/Prohibition of joining Past plan

運用上の問題が発生したため、過去作品プランへの加入を禁止します

問題

過去作品プラン→通常プランorリクエストプランにダウングレードした場合、それらの投稿を閲覧することができない

原因

過去作品プランのtierが、通常プランおよびリクエストプランも高いため。

過去作品プランは通常プランなどに比べて金額が高く設定されているため、（実際の内容にかかわらず）システム上はより上位のプランとして扱われる。

そのため、通常プランなどにダウングレードしても、上位である過去作品プランを維持しようとしてしまう。

結果、通常プランなどの投稿を閲覧するには、一か月待つ必要が発生する。

これは、過去作品プランを他のプランと独立したバックナンバーのように扱おうとして発生した問題です。

対策

①過去作品プランの加入禁止の表示

②今回の問題に巻き込まれた登録者に個別でのリンク送信

③BOOTHでの過去作品まとめ商品の追加（予定）

①今後過去作品プランに加入してしまう人が発生しないよう、プラン名等に注意喚起を表示しました。

②現在過去作品プランに加入し、その後通常プランなどにダウングレードして、今回の問題に巻き込まれてしまった方には、個別でリンクを送信させていただきます。

③Patreonで、バックナンバーのように過去作品を扱うのは現状難しいと結論付けました。

よって、今後は過去作品のまとめをBoothに商品として追加していく予定です

Cause

This is because the tier of the Past work plan is also high for the Normal plan and the request plan.

Past work plan have higher prices than Normal plan, etc, so they are treated as higher-level plans in the system (regardless of the actual content).

Therefore, even if you downgrade to Normal plan, et., the system will try to maintain the higher-ranking Past work plan.

As a result, you will have to wait a month to view posts on the Nomar plan, etc.

This is a problem that occurred when trying to treat Past work plan like back number independent of other plans.

countermeasure

①Display of prohibition of subscription to Past work plan

② Send individual links to registrants involved in this issue

③ Addition of Past work summary products on BOOTH (planned)

① To prevent people from subscribing to Past work plan in the future, I have displayed a warning in the plan name, etc.

② If you are currently subscribed to a past work plan, and downgraded to Normal plan, etc., and are affected by this issue, I will send you a link individually.

③I have come to the conclusion that it is currently difficult to handle past works like back number on Patreon. Therefore, I plan to add summaries of past works as products to Booth in the future.
