現在，リンクや復号キーはDMにより連絡を行っております。

この連絡において，下記の問題が発生しております。

問題：有料プラン解約後，アクセス期限内にも関わらず特定のDMが届かなくなる

Patreonでは，メンバーシップの解約後，解約日から一か月は限定コンテンツにアクセスできます。しかし，解約した会員に特定のDM(復号キーに関するDMなど)が届いていない問題が発生しております。

原因：Patreonの一括送信機能の仕様

現在，私はPatreonの一括送信機能を利用してDMを送っております。

これは，指定したプランに加入している会員をフィルタリングして抽出し，その方たちにのみDMを送るという機能です。

このフィルタリング機能が，解約した会員を除外してしまうという仕様を持っております。

例えば，以下の状況を考えます。

・Aさん：通常プランに加入している

・Bさん：通常プランを解約したが，まだ限定コンテンツにはアクセスできる

この状況で通常プランに加入している方をフィルタリングすると，Aさんは表示される一方，Bさんは表示されません。

対策：個別でのメッセージ対応

Patreonの一括送信機能を利用しないのは現状難しいです。

なので，アクセス期限内なのにDMが届いておらずコンテンツが見れない方は，直接DMでお聞きください。個別に復号キーをお送りいたします。

Problem: After canceling a paid plan, certain DMs are no longer delivered even though the access period has not expired.

At Patreon, after canceling your membership, you can access exclusive content for one month from the date of cancellation. However, there is an issue where certain DMs (such as DMs about decryption keys) are not delivered to members who have canceled their membership.

Cause: Specifications of Patreon's bulk sending function

Currently, I use Patreon's bulk sending function to send DMs.

This function filters and extracts members who are subscribed to a specified plan, and sends DMs only to those people.

This filtering function has a specification that excludes members who have canceled their subscription.

For example, consider the following situation.

・Person A: Subscribed to Normal plan

・Person B: Canceled Normal plan, but can still access the exclusive content

In this situation, if I filter out people who are subscribed to Normal plan, Person A will be displayed, but Person B will not be displayed.

Solution: Individual message support

It is currently difficult not to use Patreon's bulk sending function.

So, if you haven't received the DM and can't view the content even though the access period is still within the deadline, please ask me directly via DM. I will send you the decryption key individually.
