[重要/Important]投票仕様の変更 Request Voting Changes

お世話になっております。
再来週の投票 （2024_10_week1_Req）から，投票におけるリクエストの採用システムを変更いたします。
この変更に，提出していただくリクエスト内容そのものに制限をかける意図はありません。
リクエストは自由に提出してほしいということを前提として，以下の変更内容を読んでいただければと思います。
変更点は以下の3つです。
コンテンツに関する制限
1つのコンテンツ（アニメやゲームなど）に対して採用されるリクエストは最大2個までとします。
1回の投票結果が，特定のコンテンツで独占されてしまうようなことはありません。
キャラクターに関する制限
1つのキャラクターに対して採用されるリクエストは最大1個までとします。
1回の投票で，同じキャラクターのリクエストが2つ以上採用されることはありません。
採用されなかったリクエストへの救済措置
採用されなかったリクエストは，1リクエストにつき最大5枚，おまけ画像としてアップロードします。また，私が良いとおもったリクエストは通常プラン枠で投稿します。
再来週の投票 （2024_10_week1_Req）から，これらの制限を加えたうえで，投票数の多いものから3つ採用いたします。

繰り返しとなってしまいますが，リクエスト内容そのものに制限をかける意図はありません。

Starting with next week's vote (2024_10_week1_Req), I will be changing the system for adopting requests in voting.
These changes are not intended to restrict the content of requests submitted.
Please read the changes below with the understanding that I want you to submit requests freely.
There are three changes:
Restrictions on content
A maximum of two requests will be accepted for one content (anime, game, etc.).
The results of a single vote will not be dominated by any particular piece of content.
Restrictions on characters
A maximum of one request will be accepted for one character.
More than two requests for the same character will not be accepted in one vote.
Relief measures for unsuccessful requests
Unsuccessful requests will be uploaded as bonus images, up to five per request. In addition, requests that I think are good will be posted in the Normal plan slot.
Starting with the next week's vote (2024_10_week1_Req), these restrictions will be added and the three with the most votes will be accepted.
That's all.
Again, I have no intention of placing any restrictions on the content of the requests themselves.
