2021-04-14 19:19:34 +0000 UTCHey all, Ken Burns did an entire documentary about this, check out the series "Jazz" (2001), originally aired on PBS. It goes into immense detail about the origins of jazz, and has a wealth of photos, videos, interviews, etc all about jazz. Hope that helps!

I imagine you guys have tried all the things so apologies if this is a dumb question, but have you tried contacting this guy? http://www.ericravenstein.com/about/ He created "Club BK" which was an online animated game for Burger King. I doubt he's the guy behind the Kid's Club characters, but he might know who the creator was!
