If youโre in the UK you can order it online (unfortunately I couldnโt find any sellers that traded outside of Europe). The stuff is surprisingly sweet, though itโs also got a definite cheese tang. Itโs really good on crackers or toast โ something to balance out the sweetness. If you get a chance to try it, Iโd really recommend it!

It might well be - a lot of cheeses I find listed online use both names. I'm no expert, though, so there might be some technical difference between them. Very cool that you can get either in stores, though!
