v13 final final status report (T^T)

I thought there wouldnโt be a need for any more status reports, but I was wrongโmy apologies for that. Hereโs a quick update on the current situation:
My partner Mintsoda, who is also the lead programmer for the game, is currently tied up at the hospital as his wife underwent surgery for a vascular tumor yesterday, so right now Iโm handling v13 on my own. I think I have a chance to wrap everything up within the next 2-3 days, but Iโm not sure since Iโm not exactly a good programmer at all. If I end up needing some more time, I hope youโll understand.
The update will be ready before 29th no matter what because by that time Mintsoda will be able to work again.
